I have lived in Chico for over 20 years. I moved here after earning my bachelors degree in biology at Indiana University. Chico was supposed to be a temporary stop over but I fell in love with the area and I'm still here. I have been interested in real estate and have kept an eye on the market since we purchased our first house in 1995. Eventually I obtained my broker's license and joined the experienced people at Chico Ginter & Brown.
